Here, each bean has its own character!
Tanzania exhibits a sharp, bright, vibrant with winy acidity giving this blend a rich tangy & sweet raspberry taste. Nicaragua contributes to the nutty and chocolaty taste, giving this blend a fuller body. Uganda adds on to the body & lowers the acidity of the otherwise extremely citrusy blend. It provides a rich earthy complex layer.
Overall, we love this blend as it features a fruity tone with a hint of spice and wine. It has a medium to soft body and is very clean in the cup. The aftertaste is a pleasant sweet dark chocolate with a slight suggestion of African wildness.

Recommendation:
Feeling tired and grouchy? This is the one for you if you've still got a long day to go! |
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. It is in the forest of the Kaffa region that Coffee Arabica grew wild. After tasting beans from many different origins, we feel that Ethiopia definitely stands out as the brightest and most lively coffee on the tongue.
